The home features locally acquired quarry material for the stunning Rammed Earth blade wall, Jaffa Limestone blockwork external walls, exposed structural steel beams & Merbau 'shiplap' board raked ceilings.
The northern aspect & orientation allows the home to harness the solar gains in the cooler seasons, providing warmth & coziness, whilst offering essential shade protection from the heat during the warmer season.
